Cancellation & Return.

Thank you for shopping at Gulfa Mineral Water & Processing Industries L.L.C website/application. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help in this case. You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return

• You have received the wrong product.
• You have received the product in damaged condition.

Return conditions are as follows.

1. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Items must be in the original packaging.
3. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
